How does it work?
The Carbon Peel is a gentle peel that uses carbon as a carrier, highlighting impurities and imperfections on the skin (clogged or enlarged pores, blemishes, fine lines).

The laser activates upon seeing the carbon particles and causes them to "implode," breaking down skin imperfections.
The Carbon Peel is a comprehensive treatment that:

What happens during a session?
The session lasts approximately 30 minutes and is painless. The patient feels a slight tingling sensation combined with warmth.
The Carbon Peel consists of several steps.
After carefully removing makeup and disinfecting the skin, the specially patented carbon solution for this treatment is applied to the face. This solution is composed of very small mineral carbon particles that can penetrate deep into the skin.
Once the solution has dried, the laser treatment can begin; it will vaporize the carbon, which carries away skin debris.

A second laser pass is performed without carbon. This pass restimulates collagen and enhances its effect on fine lines and skin firmness/elasticity. It also strengthens its action on blemishes to even out skin tone.

What is the protocol?
The protocol is determined during the initial consultation, the objective of which is to assess the skin type and its problems in order to best meet the patient's expectations. The optimal treatment protocol differs for each patient and obviously depends on the indication and severity of the case being treated.

The protocol can consist of a single session for a quick boost (before an event for example) to 6 sessions every 15 days for the treatment of acne or acne scars.
