Dr Pulcini practices dermatologic surgery: a specialty that combines multiple skills (medical dermatology and surgical expertise).
All types of skin lesions are treated.

In some cases, reconstruction is necessary.
Dr Pulcini has genuine expertise in this field: safe removal and the most aesthetic result possible.

An initial consultation is mandatory.
There are 2 types of skin lesions:

Cancerous lesions* (or basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, melanoma).
*following an RCP opinion if indicated.

Non-cancerous lesions:
– Sebaceous cyst
– Scalp lesions
– Lipomas
– Suspicious nevi
– Keloids
– Revision of scars
– Biopsy
– Angiomas

The procedure is performed under local anesthesia.
An analysis of the removed lesion is then carried out in a laboratory in order to confirm its nature and ensure complete excision.

The post-operative course is usually straightforward: local care for 5–15 days. Return to work is most often possible the same day.

Dr Pulcini is contracted under Sector 1.
She does not charge extra fees (over and above the reimbursed amount) for dermatologic surgery.

The procedures are reimbursed by Health Insurance and your supplementary insurance (mutuelle).

The Center takes care of patients who are eligible for CMU, CMUC, and AME (State Medical Aid).
