MALE INTIMATE SURGERY

In intimate surgery for men, two procedures are possible:

Penis lengthening: Makes it possible to enlarge the size of the penis; this is what is called Penoplasty.
Penis thickening or enlargement, which will make it possible to increase the diameter of the penis

The aim of this procedure is to improve the patient’s well-being and self-confidence by improving the quality of their sexual intercourse.
We consider that the average penis size is around 15 cm in erection.

Penoplasty for Enlargement:
The procedure is performed either by lipostructure via fat injection (through harvesting fatty tissue if the patient has sufficient fat), or by an aesthetic dermal filler, in the absence of sufficient fat in the patient.

Enlargement Penoplasty can be performed multiple times.
On the other hand, the result of hyaluronic acid injection into the penis is almost immediate but it is naturally resorbable between 6 and 12 months. The injections will need to be repeated to maintain the initial results. The strong point of this technique is that the final appearance is perfectly natural, at rest as well as during erection. This makes it easier to quickly accept the new appearance of the penis.

It makes it possible to increase the size of the male organ by 2 to 3 cm in diameter at rest as well as in erection.

Penoplasty for Lengthening:

Lengthening penoplasty can be performed only once due to the technique: There is a suspensory ligament of the penis that retracts it against the pubic bone. This ligament is accessed via an incision in the skin, 4 cm high, located on the pubis at the base of the penis. The ligament is then weakened, or even sectioned, which frees the penis from the pubis and produces a first lengthening effect.

This micro-surgery procedure makes it possible to increase the length of the penis at rest, but it has little effect on lengthening during erection. It most often complements enlargement penoplasty or enlargement phalloplasty.

Results are observed 2 weeks after the procedure. The scar remains visible during the first 2 months, but it is masked by pubic hair. The strong point of this technique is that the final result, quickly visible, meets the patient’s expectations.

Lengthening penoplasty makes it possible to achieve a gain of 2.5 to 4.5 cm in length depending on the patients.

Enlargement and Lengthening Penoplasties are performed under local anesthesia by an aesthetic surgeon.

Professional activity can be resumed the day after. Post-operative follow-up is not painful; discomfort persists only during the first weeks.

Sexual intercourse becomes possible from the 3rd week onward; morning erections are physiological and have no impact on the result
