Lipostructure, or lipofilling, or autograft of fat tissue is a technique that reuses the fat harvested from the patient herself after a centrifugation process. The possibilities of Lipostructure are very broad.

At the level of the chest, it can be used on its own, allowing only moderate volume increases, or it can be combined with breast implants or a breast lift.

The conditions for use at the level of the breasts follow precise criteria and strict monitoring rules, which will be developed by the surgeon.
For the silhouette, the technique consists of harvesting fat from areas where it is excessive, then reinjecting it where volume is lacking (to correct a trochanteric depression, enhance a buttock).

It is often combined with Liposuction, resulting in a true Liposculpture.
