When it comes to intimate surgery in men, two procedures are possible:
Penile lengthening: Allows enlargement of the penis size; this is what is called Penoplasty.
Penis enlargement or widening, which will increase the diameter of the penis

We consider that the average penis size is around 15 cm when erect.
Widening Penoplasty:
The procedure is performed either by lipostructure via fat injection (by harvesting fatty tissue if the patient has sufficient fat), or by an aesthetic filler product, in the absence of enough fat in the patient.
Penile widening surgery can be performed several times.
However, the result of injecting hyaluronic acid into the penis is almost immediate, but it is naturally resorbed between 6 and 12 months. Injections will need to be repeated to maintain the initial results. The strong point of this technical solution is that the final appearance is perfectly natural, both at rest and during erection. This allows the new look of the penis to be accepted quickly.
It allows increasing the width of the male sex by 2 to 3 cm in diameter both at rest and during erection.
Penile lengthening penoplasty can only be performed once due to the technique: There is a suspensory ligament of the penis that retracts it against the pubic bone. This ligament is accessed through a skin incision 4 cm high, located on the pubis at the base of the penis. The ligament is then weakened or even sectioned, which releases the penis from the pubis and produces an initial lengthening effect.
This procedure, performed using microsurgery, increases the length of the penis at rest, but has little effect on length during erection. It most often complements penile widening penoplasty or penile widening phalloplasty.
Penile Widening and Lengthening Penoplasties are performed under local anesthesia by an aesthetic surgeon.
Professional activity can be resumed the next day. The post-operative course is not painful and pain persists only during the first few weeks.
Sex becomes possible starting from the 3rd week; morning erections are physiological and have no consequence for the result
